Role Overview


Our client is looking to appoint an experienced, ambitious and creative Solutions Consultant with a broad range of abilities and the capacity to rapidly learn new skills to join our Technical Sales Team.

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the telecommunications industry, with knowledge around Contact Centre platforms, Infrastructure, with focus around Voice Ingress/Egress.


Key Responsibilities:


· Create and actively sell solutions to key clients, using both technical and commercial knowledge.

· Provide SME knowledge of the company’s products and services, communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Work alongside key decision-makers to drive new opportunities and build successful relationships.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and of competitors’ offerings.


Required Experience


ü Previous experience within Pre-Sales or Solution Design.

ü Excellent understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS across multiple key vendors and overall markets.

ü A good understanding of Layer 2, 3 and SD WAN technologies.

ü Experience in stakeholder management and building strong, positive client relationships

ü Experience of working within a vertical market (e.g. Utilities/Healthcare)

· Good interpersonal skills, including effective influencing and negotiating

· Confident and dynamic personality

· Ability to support global customers, with a requirement to travel to international locations if required

· Ability to continually improve technical skills through a combination of internal/external  self-learning and formal training

· Good organisational skills with the ability to be able to manage multiple work streams

· Good communication, including presentation skills and being able to adapt style to suit the audience

· Numerate, able to provide accurate cost models and achieve margin targets

· Attention to detail, able to spot inaccuracies or inconsistencies in materials
