Role Overview
You have the chance to work for a multinational cloud communications provider, with services in over 60 countries through its world-leading cloud-based, omni-channel contact center solution.
As our client rapidly expands operations, they are looking to appoint a motivated and innovative Senior Solutions Consultant to join their successful team. You will have a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, extensive client-facing CCaaS experience, and a proven track record of engaging with CXO-level executives through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and market solutions to key clients, using both technical and commercial acumen.
- Collaborate with clients to ascertain their functional needs.
- Create and manage customer solution design documents.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Gather and integrate customer requirements into systems of records/CRM systems, employing industry standards like JSON, REST, and SOAP.
- Leverage experience in engaging with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities, fostering enduring relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Foster internal relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Showcase the suite of products and associated partner applications.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working within Pre-Sales and Solution Architecture.
- A strong understanding of the CCaaS market and key vendors.
- An understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.
- Experience of capturing customers functional requirements.
- Experience of building customer solution designs.
- Knowledge of Workforce Management/Workforce Optimisation solutions.
- Demonstrate adeptness in call collection and delivery technologies.
- Possess a thorough grasp of the indirect channel within the Telecommunications/System Integrator market.
- Good interpersonal skills, including effective influencing and negotiating.
- Good communication, including presentation skills and being able to adapt style to suit the audience.
- Numerate, able to provide accurate cost models and achieve margin targets.
- Vendor certifications around Contact Centre, PBX, Unified Communications. (Desirable)
