Sales Manager – ESG – SaaS – Individual Contributor

Up to $80,000 per annum + double uncapped OTE + benefits

We are working with a well-funded early stages SaaS provider who uses industry expertise and the latest technology to help businesses with their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and sustainability, that is now looking for a Sales Manager reporting into the Global Head of Sales.

They had a representative at COP26 and predict that 2022 is the year for ESG! Some European nations have already started to make it law for businesses to report on their ESG, and we think the UK will follow suit soon, so there is plenty of room for the Sales Manager to develop and grow.

They’re looking for a Sales Manager whose aim will be to drive the product suite into the market in a 360 sales role.

The Sales Manager role is perfect for someone with 5+ years of experience as a new business development hunter who has worked with enterprise accounts. Ideally, the Sales Manager will have a technology background, a black book of prospects, and will care about the climate, environment, and labour rights.

The Sales Manager will be given full product training and access to a bonus plan.

Sales Manager responsibilities:

  • Achieve on new business targets
  • Complete sales cycles from prospection to close in a 360 sales role
  • Understand customer needs and offer a consultative approach
  • Manage a sales pipeline with multiple opportunities running simultaneously
  • Contribute to the sales and marketing strategies

Sales Manager requirements:

  • 3+ years’ customer success experience within a SaaS/Software/technology company
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
  • Results orientated, will go above and beyond to meet customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
