Public Sector Account Manager – IT Solutions Provider – Central London

Do you have experience within Account Management in an IT Solutions provider?

If you are, and you are looking for a new role, we are hiring on behalf of a global leading IT Solutions provider. With over 3000 employees globally, this is a chance to join a well renowned organisation and have the opportunity to sell a wide portfolio of solutions.

Being partnered with the key players in the industry; Cisco, IBM, NetApp, HP etc your task will be to effectively account manage a variety of Public Sector Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be maintaining and growing a variety of different Public Sector accounts. Through key stakeholder management, you will be tasked on new business within these accounts.
  • Ensure that you work closely with the wider team, ensuring that the full portfolio can be delivered on time
  • Partnering with the Sales Director, you’ll ensure your sales strategy and business plan will achieve a variety of different business objectives
  • Build key relationships within the accounts by regularly meeting and speaking with the key players

Experience required to be successful

  • You will have experience within an IT Solutions business, selling into Public Sector accounts, focusing on upselling and cross selling to grow your pipeline
  • Due to the nature of the role, you will have excellent knowledge on public sector frameworks
  • In-depth experience of utilising CRM’s (Salesforce)
