With over 14 million users worldwide, and significant organic growth across the business, the future is looking bright!

Due to these growth plans, the business is now looking to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive. Reporting to the Senior Sales Director – EMEA, the Enterprise Account Executive will manage high-revenue accounts (> $10B) from prospecting to close, driving data and AI literacy to empower businesses in the digital era. Ideal for those passionate about innovation, learning, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities for the Enterprise Account Executive:
 

  • Prospect and identify growth opportunities in high-potential accounts, developing strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships with multiple buyer personas by understanding customer needs, processes, and challenges, ensuring value in every interaction.
  • Communicate the company value proposition effectively, showcasing its integrated services and role in achieving data fluency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, finance, and leadership, to deliver tailored solutions for client success.
  • Develop customised data literacy programs aligned with client goals, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring seamless onboarding and expansions.
  • Negotiate and close agreements while managing the sales process to drive growth and meet customer objectives.

Key Requirements for the Enterprise Account Executive:
 

  • Business-level fluency in German (written and oral).
  • 3+ years’ experience in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles, focusing on hunting and closing deals, ideally with experience selling data analytics or data visualisation solutions.
  • Proven ability to sell to and influence senior executives, particularly C-level decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with executives and independently managing and closing client accounts.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and time-management skills; a proactive, collaborative, and positive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
