Overview

You have the chance to join an established multinational Technology Solutions Provider, based in Essex, who is currently looking to appoint a Client Success Manager as part of a growing and successful team, primarily focused on delivering to customer in the Middle East, as well as EMEA and/or Africa.

Our client is a leading, global software solutions business, headquartered in Canada and the UK, with offices in the US, France, and UAE. The business recently gained recognition for Best Product Design 2023, for their cloud connectivity and integrated location technology, and hope to continue their success within the industry for years to come.

Key Responsibilities for the Client Success Manager:
 

  • Negotiate and renew customer service agreements, generating and finalising renewal quotes, ensuring successful completion.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships, fostering long-term client retention and facilitating growth.
  • Alongside the Sales team, identify and promote growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Guarantee maximum customer value by organising and executing annual, quarterly, and other business reviews.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in product offerings.
  • Develop comprehensive customer account plans.
  • Act as a representative, guiding clients to realize the full benefits of products and services.
  • Offer insights to the product management team regarding long-term trends.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance process efficiencies and effectiveness.

Key Requirements for the Client Success Manager:
 

  • Fluency in English, and experience working in an international business environment.
  • Knowledge of Middle East cultures and track record of achievement in the region.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, or account management.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
  • Functional in using MS Office and other corporate administration tools.
  • Excellent proactive customer service skills.
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships.
