With a solid foundation built over 21 years of growth and success, they are now positioned to lead the way in GovTech innovation.

Our client is now looking to appoint an Account Development Manager as part of their successful Sales department, to promote and expand adoption of their comprehensive cloud-based property asset management solution within public sector organisations (Local Government) through cross-selling and upselling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Oversee customer accounts with a focus on SaaS products, ensuring client needs are met within the framework of local government structures.
  • Create and maintain account plans that align with customer priorities and effectively manage time and resources to meet these needs.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of customer buying and budgeting processes to craft compelling, tailored commercial proposals.
  • Implement a systematic approach to cultivate, expand, and enhance customer relationships over time.
  • Strategically prioritise both immediate needs and long-term opportunities to maximise customer lifetime value.

Key Requirements:
 

  • Solid experience in managing key accounts with an understanding of Local Government frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of the buying and budgeting process.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with customers, deeply understanding needs to deliver solutions that maximize value.
  • Able to take responsibility for personal and team targets.
  • Self-motivated and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Actively seeks feedback and leverages learning opportunities to enhance personal growth and drive better outcomes.
